One of the flowers Elleci has in its buttonhole is the brand new automatic machine for laser cutting, punching and threading.

The constant adjustment of the distance between cutterhead and piece guarantees maximum precision. A suction and filtering unit disposes of cutting waste. Thanks to a renewed punching head, the machine can reach frequencies of up to 900 strokes a minute in punching and 2,800 strokes in marking, working non-alloyed steel up to a maximum thickness of 8 cm.

The programming system optimises all the phases which go from creating and importing the drawings to defining nesting and the work cycle.
