Punching
Elleci offers sheet metal punching combined with laser cutting, accelerating production through automated loading and unloading with continuous, even unattended, work cycles.
Coil-based punching

This service, designed for highly industrialized products, combines laser cutting, punching, and additional processes with coil materials. Available in custom or standard formats, up to 1000 mm in width and 4 mm in thickness.
Roll forming
Elleci’s advanced machinery enables continuous roll forming to shape sheet metal into custom profiles, ensuring exceptional quality and precision in every detail.
Stamping
With advanced technologies like automated management, electronic tool insertion, quick die change, and electronic transfer, Elleci produces high volumes of stamped and assembled parts with capacities from 20 to 200 tons.
Welding
Robotic MIG, TIG, and PLASMA welding cells deliver high-quality, industrial-scale production, with manual welding stations available for custom projects.
Bending
Cutting-edge press brakes allow for precise and controlled sheet metal bending, even on complex parts, using laser angle control to ensure consistent quality and durability.
Coating
Elleci uses an advanced powder coating system featuring four booths, an extraction system, and dedicated touch-up stations. A wide range of RAL, polyester, and epoxy-polyester colors is available to meet all requirements.
Foaming
Two advanced foaming systems create custom polyurethane gaskets that protect against dust and water, significantly reducing production costs.
